For 37 years the North Ward Center, located at 346 Mt. Prospect Avenue, has positively influenced the lives of thousands of North Ward residents. Built on the principles of Community, Opportunity, Responsibility and Equity, we pride ourselves on empowering the seniors, children and families we serve. Through a full range of educational, recreational, cultural and quality of life social services, we continue to provide the best care for all people. Our multi-cultural and intergenerational Community Service Center is here to help you.
