Center for Autism

Helping Young Adults
With Autism Thrive

The Center for Autism (CFA), an adult day program that supports young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and intellectual disabilities, was founded by Michele Adubato in 2009.

The primary goal of CFA is to support young adults in their quest to understand and trust the world and the community they live in.

CFA provides experiences in community settings to help increase self-determination skills and independence in young adults as they transition to adulthood.

Participants are offered, on a daily basis, a series of activities that provide opportunities for adult learners to practice and enhance independent living skills.

In addition, CFA provides individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities the opportunity to explore careers, learn about their passions and interests, and gain work and life ready skills.
