Casa Israel Adult Medical Day Center, one of the first licensed adult medical day programs in the state, was established in 2002.

The goal of Casa Israel is to provide the highest quality care, including primary and preventative healthcare, as well as therapeutic, recreational and social services to our clients. The purpose of our program is to allow senior citizens to age in place.

Individuals who attend Casa Israel receive door-to-door transportation, a nutritious breakfast, and lunch; attentive nursing care; a variety of recreational activities and trips; and the advocacy and support of licensed social workers.
